| Albany Township Historical Society is located in the northeastern corner of Berks County, PA, not far from Hawk Mountain Sanctuary.
Our headquarters is located at 404 Old Philly Pike in Kempton. Our mailing address is: PO Box 95, Kempton, PA 19529
From Route 78 in Lenhartsville:
Take exit 35, heading north up Route 143 5 1/2 miles to the Village of Trexler.
Turn right over the old stone bridge. Turn left on Old Phylly Pike.
Our headquarters is on the right side along the railroad tracks.
From Kutztown area:
Take route 737 north to Kempton.
Go straight through main street in Kempton, turn right, then left over the bridge.
Turn left again going over railtracks. Travel 1/2 mile to the Village of Trexler.
The Historical Society is on the right side along railroad tracks.
From the North:
Take Route 309 South over the Blue Mountain range.
Turn left onto Route 143 South to Kempton, approximately 5 miles. Turn left at Philly Pike go over stone bridge (single lane bridge). Turn left into the Village of Trexler.
The Historical Society is on the right side along railroad tracks.
