The Life of Wildlife Artist Conrad Roland

Join us as we welcome Bill Uhrich who will offer us a glimpse into the life and work of artist and ornithologist Conrad Roland.

Conrad Roland was born in Reading in 1900 and was educated at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. In 1936, he and his wife Marie Palmore moved to Kempton where he spent the next 20 years studying and painting birds.

A selection of Roland’s work will be on display.
