What Happened to Thomas Penn's 'Vineyard' Manor?

Three page article containing a brief history of the first tract of land in Albany Township to be warranted (claimed) in 1732, consisting of 2000 acres known as Vineyard Manor and owned by Thomas Penn. Includes a list of renters of the subdivided land, some by neighboring farmers in 1753, and a list of land purchasers upon the breakup of this tract in 1799/1800.
